This is it. The first real blog. I have finally gotten my blog module kind of working with phpwcms and I am now going to spend a little time letting off some steam, thinking about life and making it known to the world for no good reason. So here goes...

Work: I have been working like crazy and it is really great to know that you are doing something you love. I love making websites and I love making then do cool things. Ok, so the stuff I make websites do is not really "cool" per se. I am not the one making crazy experimental flash art that boggles mind as it boggles the pixels. I am the one that lets you have thousands upon thousands of users leaving comments and buying products from your site. I am also the one who will happily tell you the advatages of making a website standards compliant and the how you will feel like a better person for using Linux. The short and skinny of it is, I really like my job.

School: I need to learn to study. I have a real problem with studying. I always feel like I do not need to do the 50 math problems at home since I understood everything in class just fine. Someday I will get over this. It is no that I don't do usefull things with my time. I just don't do much homework with my time. In any sense I do enjoy my classes and I look forward to graduating and getting out in the work force full time.

Music: In case you don't know I am in a band called UME. It is a really great band that I truly love. We play kind of experimentalish noisy indie rock. My wife is what makes us tick and she is the drive that makes the van get to the shows. She is amazing, beautiful, talented and really fun. And that is the last thing I am going to talk about. Lauren is the best so that is last.
